Refund policy

The OURCHIVED Return Registry

Because our scents, rollers, and cremes are made to be lived in, we have established boundaries to ensure the quality of our archive remains high for every collector.

The Conditions

  • Status: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals intact.

  • Hygiene Standards: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fragrances, oil rollers, or cremes that have been opened, sprayed, or applied to the skin.

  • Timeline: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

The Fees & Costs

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund for each item returned.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Damages & Defects If your order arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, we will fix it at no cost to you. Please email hello@ourchived.com with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. In these instances, all restocking fees and shipping costs are waived.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Products: Any fragrance or oil roller that has been sprayed/opened, or any silk crème with a broken seal.

  • Sample Sets: Discovery vials are final sale.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional event are final sale.

The Process

  1. Request: Email hello@ourchived.com with your order number.

  2. Ship: After approval, ship your unopened items to the address provided.

  3. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Your refund (minus the 15% fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
